Markexpo is an innovative property company that wants to offer more opportunities to buy an environmentally friendly home that is also newly built and of the highest quality. Therefore, we have developed a sustainable and cost-effective solution that is changing the market.
The houses are supplied with energy from the associated solar cell park, which also generates an excess of solar energy that can be sold. This creates new conditions for the owner to be paid for living in the house.
An important part of our strategy, and unlike other house suppliers, is that we do not sell house by house. Instead, we build eco-villages with several properties and an adjacent solar cell park. By doing this, we take responsibility for the environment throughout the value chain, but we also enable our attractive sales prices to match the finances of our target group, who could not previously afford to buy a new build home.
Our vision is to provide an easy and effective way to offer increased quality of life through a living experience with a positive climate impact that generates income and makes more time available.

The Markexpo Group was formed in 2016 and today consists of Markexpo Holding AB, Markexpo Mark & Fastighet AB, Markexpo Västbygg AB, Meab Ställning AB and Nordprodukter AB.
The latest addition is Nordprodukter AB, which was acquired in summer 2019. Nordprodukter focuses on building revolutionary, environmentally sound products and will further develop products for energy installation for both solar cells and wind turbines.
