Welcome to a single-storey villa with smart solutions and open spaces – our house model 1.

Central to the house is a large and welcoming living area which, together with the kitchen and its semi-open floor plan, encourages interaction and community. In one part of the house, there is a slightly smaller living room and two bedrooms, which gives the family its own, more private space. In the second part, there is a larger bedroom with an attached walk-in closet and bathroom.

From the living room, you reach the large terrace, which is very suitable for both barbecue parties and summer breakfasts.
