Material

As part of the process towards a sustainable society, we need to use less resources. One way is to increase longevity and make things easy to repair.
We strive for the materials we use to be free of harmful chemicals, low C02 emissions in a life cycle perspective, be able to be reused, high quality and create healthy houses. We use simple, honest and natural materials that last a long time and age with dignity.
All our constructions are calculated for how much carbon dioxide the material emit according to future legal requirements, but we go further than that. We look at how the materials we use work in an ecolgial context and how they work in sustainable cycles. We want to get away from disposable ues and wear and tear. We want to create a solid feeling through material choices that convey quality, comprehensibility and timelessness. This ambition means that we are constantly looking for new materials that can replace conventional solutions. At the moment, we are studying the possibility of building without plaster and concrete. These materials are proven and have advantages but are also drawn with environmental problems that do not fit into our profile.

Our houses are designed primarily for families with children and firs-time buyers with normal finances. The eco-villages are built with an environmental focus and are located near larger cities.
