Our ecology
Climate
Every actor in society must work towards reducing and eliminating fossil fuels. All our constructions must land on 0 C02 emissions. We use construction technology and materials with as low emission values as possible. Inevitable emissions are offset by C02 lowering measures such as tree planting.
All our ecovillages are supplemented with a solar power system that produces more electricity than the houses consume. This makes the village both self-sufficient and increases the amount of renewable electricity available to the rest of the community. We call this climate-positive building.
Ecology
We want our projects to work together with the species that exist in the local surroundings, and we are adding new elements so that more species can find a habitat. The place we are building on will have a higher potential of biodiversity when the project is completed. High diversity of species provides well-functioning ecosystems and builds an exciting and varied living environment.
Material
As part of the process towards a sustainable society, we need to use less resources. One way is to increase longevity and make things easy to repair.
We strive for the materials we use to be free of harmful chimicals, low C02 emissions in a life cycle perspective, be able to be reused, high quality and create healthy houses. We use simple, honest and natural materials that last a long time and age with dignity.
Economy
We want your housing costs to be as low as possible so you can have the freedom to live your life the way you want it. Work less and have more time for leisure and family or put a golden edge on life while you can enjoy the comfort of a new house. Ecological and climate-positive housing must be for everyone and be positive for your finances as well.
Aesthetics
In our projects, we strive for harmony between construction and the environment. Architecture, roads, commons and landscapes must together form parts of a functioning and satisfactory whole. Beautiful aesthetics and harmonious architecture signal high quality. Beautiful things are taken care of and nurtured over time.
